Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or similar.
Products found to be in a different condition to that in which they were sent are exempt from return;
To complete your return, we require photographs of the product and a detailed description of why you wish to return the product.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. All watches must be sent with insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the shipping location, the time it takes to receive your product may vary.
All our watches are not waterproof due to the revisions that have been carried out on them over the years. They should therefore not be exposed to water. All watches that have been exposed to water and are requested to be returned will be refused.
